Home visit(s) with client, photography, sketches on site, and finished approved drawing before I start the painting are included in the price.
In the case of out of town homes and working from photographs, I like to use several close-up and distance photos as reference. In this case, I work very closely with the clients to establish colours and details which do not show up in photos alone. I can also work from photographs and create a painting which represents your "collective memories" of the home.
